Institute for Quality Management in Healthcare, abbreviated IQMH, is an accreditation/standards organization owned by the Ontario Medical Association.[1]
It was previously known as Quality Management Program-Laboratory Services (abbreviated QMP-LS).[1]
It does laboratory accreditation and ran what was previously known as Ontario Laboratory Accreditation (abbreviated OLA).
Divisions
- Proficiency testing - previously external quality assessment (abbreviated EQA).
- Accreditation - previously Ontario Laboratory Accreditation (abbreviated OLA).
