Tubular adenoma of the urinary tract is a very rare lesion of the urinary tract that looks like a tubular adenoma of the gastrointestinal tract.[1]

- Very rare.
Microscopic
Features:
- Glands with pseudostratified hyperchromatic nuclei without maturation to the surface.
DDx:
- In situ adenocarcinoma of the urinary bladder.
- Adenocarcinoma of the urinary bladder.
- Metastatic adenocarcinoma, e.g. colorectal adenocarcinoma.
