Splenogonadal fusion is rare congenital pathology in which splenic tissue is fused to a gonad (testis or ovary).
General
Subclassification:[3]
- Continuous - attached to orthotopic spleen.
- Discontinuous - no attachment to orthotopic spleen.

- Mass lesion.

- Intratubular germ cell neoplasia (ITGCN) - testis only.
- Germ cell tumour.
