BCL6 is a commonly used immunostain in hematopathology. BCL6 is gene and formally known as BCL6 transcription repressor.[1][2]

Normal staining

  • Marks germinal centre cells.

Note:

  • Usually paired with BCL2 which is normally negative in germinal centres.
