Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome (also Miescher-Melkersson-Rosenthal Syndrome) is a rare recurring neurological disorder.[1]
General
Clinically characterized by the triad of:[2]
- Facial nerve paralysis.
- Lip swelling.
- Tongue fissuring.
Epidemiology:
- Rare.
- May be associated with Crohn's disease or sarcoidosis.[3]
