Features:
- Cyst lined by a simple ciliated epithelium.
- Does not contain sperm.
DDx:
- Spermatocele - contains sperm.

The sections shows fragments of tissue compatible with a benign cyst, that had a fibrous wall and was lined by a simple epithelium. No spermatocytes are identified.
