Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type (abbreviated ENKTCL), also known as extranodal natural kill lymphoma (abbreviated ENKL) and angiocentric lymphoma, is a rare type of lymphoma.
General
Microscopic
Features:
- Atypical lymphoid cells:
- Nucleoli.
- Nuclear pleomorphism.
- Cells centered around vessels (angiocentric).
- May destroy small and medium sized arterioles.
