Microscopic

Features:

IHC

  • SMARCA4 (BRG1) loss (~75% of cases) or strongly reduced (~25% of cases) - definitional.
  • AE1/AE3 -ve or focal.
  • Synaptophysin +ve.
  • Chromogranin -ve.
