EBUS and 'r/o lymphoma'
The cell block has a limited lymphoid population. The specimen is NEGATIVE for morphologic evidence of a lymphoproliferative disorder; however, this type of specimen is not ideal for excluding that possibility. Clinical correlation is suggested.
