Poroma is a rare benign dermatologic neoplasm.

Broad sheets of basaloid cells - attached to the epidermis - containing ductal structures - key feature.
Biphasic stroma:
1. Edematous stroma.
2. Sclerotic stroma.
Moderate nuclear pleomorphism.
