Prostatic stromal sarcoma, abbreviated PSS, is a very rare malignant tumour that arises from the stroma of the prostate gland.

  • Very rare - case reports.

Microscopic

Features:

  • Atypical spindle cells.
  • Necrosis or increased mitotic activity.[1]
