Myopericytoma, also glomangiopericytoma, is a rare perivascular soft tissue tumour.

General

  • Usu. benign.
  • Typically in the distal extremities.[1]

Microscopic

Features:

  • Abundant, branching thin-walled blood vessels.
  • Small bland epithelioid cells with moderate eosinophilic cytoplasm.
    • Unequally spaced cells (unlike glomus tumour).
