Human papillomavirus-related carcinoma with adenoid cystic-like features, abbreviated HPV-related carcinoma with AdCC-like features.
General
- Very rare diagnosis - recently described.[1]
Microscopic
Features:
- Adenoid cystic carcinoma-like morphology with:
- Squamous dysplasia of surface epithelium
- Squamous dfferentiation within tumour
Notes:
- Perineural invasion rare.
- Bony invasion rare.
DDx:
IHC
- p16 +ve.
