Microscopic
The sections show mutliple fragments of normal endomyocardium. There is no inflammation, no myofiber hypertrophy, no myofiber disarray, and no fatty or fibrous replacement of myocytes.
Final diagnosis
A. Heart, myocardial biopsies x6 - no pathology
