High-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia-like ductal adenocarcinoma of the prostate, abbreviated PIN-like adenocarcinoma, is an uncommon type of prostate cancer that histomorphologically mimics HGPIN.

  • Stratified malignant epithelium.

  • Vaguely similar to a tubular adenoma of the colon.
