Prostatic stromal sarcoma is a very rare malignant tumour that arises from the stroma of the prostate.

Microscopic
Features:
- Atypical spindle cells. (???)
DDx:
- Prostatic stromal tumour of uncertain malignant potential (STUMP).
- Other sarcomas.
- Carcinosarcoma of the prostate.[1]
- Radiation changes.
