Myofibroma is a soft tissue lesion in the group fibroblastic/myofibroblastic tumours.
General
- Benign.
- Often < 2 years old; however, may be seen in adults.
- Not common.[1]

Microscopic

- Spindle cells with:
- Tapering nuclei.
- Eosinophilic cytoplasm.
Note:
- Features overlap with myopericytoma.[2]
