Nuclear staining is characteristic of p63.

p63 is a commonly used immunostain. p63, like most other "p" stains, is a nuclear stain.

Note:

Cytoplasmic staining suggestive of muscle differentiation - seen in rhabdomyosarcoma.^[1]
