Hereditary leiomyomatosis and renal cell cancer is an uncommon syndrome caused by FH (fumarate hydratase) gene mutations.[1]:[2]
It is characterized by:
- Papillary renal cell carcinoma type 2.
- Benign leiomyomas skin/uterus.
- Uterine leiomyosarcoma.
