Pulmonary lymphangitic carcinomatosis, also lymphangitic carcinomatosis, is the presence of multiple foci of (metastatic) carcinoma in the lymphatic channels of the lung.[1]

General

  • Uncommon.[2]
  • Typically fatal.[3]
  • Dyspnea (shortness of breath).[4]

Radiology

  • Interstitial thickening.
