Fibrous hamartoma is an uncommon lesion usually seen in infancy.

Microscopic
Features:[1]
- Fibrous tissue.
- Adipose tissue.
- Mesenchymal tissue - nerve-like.
- +/-Pseudoangiomatous pattern.

- S-100 -ve.
- Adipose tissue +ve.
- SMA +ve (fibrous tissue).
- CD34 +ve (fibrous tissue, immature mesenchymal tissue, pseudoangiomatous foci).
