Porokeratosis is a rare pathology of the skin that may be subtle.

General

  • Genetic.
  • Several subtypes.

Notes:

  • Not the same as punctate porokeratotic keratoderma.[1]

Features:

  • Cornoid lamella (pathognomonic) - key feature:[2]
    • Compact keratosis over a hair follicle.
