  • Benign.

Gross

  • Central zone of pigment.
  • Peripherally a pale halo.

Features:

  • Epidermal melanocytes not nested.
    • May have dermal and/or epidermal component.
  • Central zone of pigment.
  • Lymphocytes at perimeter of lesion.
