Pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia is mimic of squamous cell carcinoma.

It is seen in:

  1. Fungal infections.
  2. Inflammatory papillary hyperplasia.
  3. Granular cell tumour.
  4. Adjacent to an ulcer.
