This is an extremely rare tumour. It typically occurs in the extremities of young adults.[1] Histomorphologically, these tumours can mimic carcinomas, melanomas and epithelioid angiosarcomas. They typically stain for keratins. This tumour does not stain with an immunostain directed against SMARCB1 (INI1, BAF47). Related images
