Summary

Description
English: Tornwaldt's cyst in sagittal MRI (FLAIR). The cyst appears hyperintense in the midline of the nasopharynx. In this case there is also a cyst of the pinealis gland showing a signal intensity slightly higher than the CSF.
Deutsch: Tornwaldt Zyste in der MRT (FLAIR sagittal). Die Zyste in der Mittellinie des Nasopharynx erscheint in dieser Wichtung hyperintens. In diesem Fall findet sich zusätzlich noch eine Zyste der Gdl. pinealis. Diese zeigt eine etwas höhere Signalintensität als der Liquor.
