Description

Keilbeinmeningeom in der Computertomographie und Magnetresonanztomographie. Deutliche, homogene Kontrastmittelaufnahme mit 'dural tail' (sagittal gut zu sehen). In der Computertomographie (Knochenfenster und VRT) ist die reaktive Hyperostose besonders gut zu erkennen, die durch die Vorwölbung in die Orbita schon einen Bulbustiefstand bewirkte.
