Summary

Description
English: Intermediate magnification micrograph of B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small cell lymphoma, abbreviated B-CLL and SLL. H&E stain. Lymph node.

The images show the typical histomorphology with (1) proliferation centres (also known as pseudofollicles[1]) that consist of slightly larger, lighter staining lymphocytes with discernible nucleoli, surrounded by (2) small, darker staining lymphocytes without easily discernible nucleoli.
