Ultra-closeup of the mucosal surface of a gallbladder with prominent cholesterolosis. This was shot with bellows at near-full extension, using a 105-mm macro lens with 1.4X teleconverter. Note: Some EXIF data incorrect. The actual exposure was f/16 at something like 5 seconds. |
