English: Micrograph showing benign urothelium with large superficial cells, also urothelium with benign mildly atypical umbrella cells and urothelium with benign atypical superficial cells. H&E stain.

Atypical umbrella cells should not be over called urothelial carcinoma in situ or urothelial dysplasia.[1]
