Wunderlich's syndrome is spontaneous (non-traumatic) renal bleeding.[1][2]
It may be seen in:
- Angiomyolipoma.[1]
- Renal cell carcinoma.[3]
- Infections.[3]
- Vasculitis, e.g. polyarteritis nodosa.[3]
