RG and chronic inflammation

Stomach, Antrum, Biopsy:
- Antral-type gastric mucosa with:
-- Moderate chronic active inflammation.
-- Glandular tortuosity and smooth muscle hyperplasia consistent with 
   reactive gastropathy.
- NEGATIVE for Helicobacter-like organisms. 
- NEGATIVE for intestinal metaplasia.
- NEGATIVE for dysplasia and NEGATIVE for malignancy.
