A. KNEE - BONE AND SOFT TISSUE, RIGHT, KNEE ARTHROPLASTY:
- DEGENERATIVE JOINT DISEASE.
- SYNOVITIS, PREDOMINANTLY ACUTE.
- SYNOVIAL HYPERPLASIA.
- NEGATIVE FOR MALIGNANCY.

B. PANNUS, RIGHT KNEE, KNEE ARTHROPLASTY
- MODERATELY DENSE HYALINE MATERIAL WITH INFLAMMATORY CELLS AND FIBRIN.
- NEGATIVE FOR MALIGNANCY.
SYNOVIAL TISSUE, RIGHT ELBOW, SYNOVECTOMY:
- SYNOVIAL HYPERPLASIA WITH FOCAL CALCIFICATION, ABUNDANT FOAMY APPEARING HISTOCYTES
  AND GIANT CELLS -- COMPATIBLE WITH SILICONE SYNOVITIS.
- NEGATIVE FOR MALIGNANCY.
