The lymph node has an abnormal nodular architecture, and consists of small cleaved
(lymphoid) cells, that extend into the surrounding adipose tissue.

The lymph node lesion stains as follows:
POSITIVE: CD20, BCL2 (strong, present in germinal centres), CD10 (very rare, weak),
          BCL6 (scattered, weak).
NEGATIVE: CD3, CD5, cyclin D1.

The findings favour a low-grade follicular lymphoma (grade 1 of 3); however, the weak CD10
staining is unusual. Correlation with flow cytometry is suggested.
