Failed (late) graft

Corneal button, Right Descemet Stripping Endothelial Keratoplasty: 
- Edematous posterior stroma. 
- Descemet membrane regular in caliber, NEGATIVE for guttata excrescences. 
- Endothelial cell layer is severely atrophic. 
 
Comment: 
Findings consistent with failed DSAEK cornea transplant.
