Multifocal superficial BCC

Comment:
The basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is multifocal and superficial.  
Some BCC foci are as small as 0.25 mm. 

The routine on-edge sampling procedure used may under-sample 
lesions of this size. Close follow-up is advised.
