TRK fusions are seen in many solid tumours and have targeted drugs.

Genes:

  • TRK1
  • TRK2
  • TRK3

The TRK genes are tyrosine kinase receptors.

Multiple fusion partners for each gene.

  • MASC.
  • Secretory breast carcinoma.
