SWI/SNF-related matrix-associated actin-dependent regulator of chromatin subfamily B member 1, commonly abbreviated SMARCB1 (or INI1 or BAF47), is a diagnostic immunostain, because nuclear staining is lost in some specif types of cancer shown below.
