Primary seminal vesicle carcinoma is a very rare malignant epithelial tumour of the seminal vesicles.

  • Very rare ~ 50 reported cases in 2002.[1]

Clinical:

  • Elevated CA-125.[2]

  • Papillary architecture. (???)
