Ovarian microcystic stromal tumour (abbreviated MST), also microcystic stromal tumour of the ovary, is a rare ovarian tumour.


  • Evolving entity.
  • Reported in the testis.[1]



  • Microcysts alternating with solid cellular regions.
  • Hyalinized fibrous stroma.




  • CD10 +ve (cytoplasmic).
  • Beta-catenin +ve (nuclear).
  • WT1 +ve.
  • Cyclin D1 +ve.
  • Inhibin -ve.
  • Calretinin -ve.
  • ER -ve.
  • PR -ve.
