Lymphoepithelial lesion

A lymphoepithelial lesion is a gastrointestinal crypt with a monomorphous population of lymphocytes; it is suggestive of lymphoma.[1]

It should not be confused with the benign lymphoepithelial lesion of the salivary gland.
