Institute for Quality Management in Healthcare, abbreviated IQMH, is an accreditation/standards organization owned by the Ontario Medical Association.[1]

It was previously known as Quality Management Program-Laboratory Services (abbreviated QMP-LS).[1]

Divisions

  • Proficiency testing - previously External Quality Assessment (abbreviated EQA).
  • Accreditation - previously Ontario Laboratory Accreditation (abbreviated OLA).[1]
  • Education.
