Human papillomavirus-related carcinoma with adenoid cystic-like features, abbreviated HPV-related carcinoma with AdCC-like features,[1] is a rare malignant tumour of the head and neck.

Microscopic
Features:
- Adenoid cystic carcinoma-like morphology with:
- Squamous dysplasia of surface epithelium.
- Squamous differentiation within tumour.
Notes:
- Perineural invasion rare.
- Bony invasion rare.
DDx:
IHC
- p16 +ve in >= 75% of cells.[3]
