Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associate antigen 4

Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associate antigen 4, abbreviated CTLA-4, is a receptor on the T cell that down regulates immune function.

Antibodies directed at CTLA-4 are used to treat melanoma.
