The colorectal xanthomatous polyp, also colorectal xanthoma, is a rare benign intestinal polyp.

Features:
- Abundant foamy histiocytes in the superficial lamina propria.
- +/-Superficial serrations (hyperplastic features).
- Seen in ~80% of cases.[2]
