Clear cell carcinoma, also clear cell adenocarcinoma, is an aggressive uncommon malignancy seen in the gynecologic tract, skin and elsewhere.

Some consider clear cell carcinoma of the salivary gland a variant of epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma.^[3]
