Carcinoma in situ, abbreviated CIS, refers to a neoplastic malignant appearing epithelium without invasion.
It may refer to:
- Urothelial carcinoma in situ.
- Squamous carcinoma in situ.
- Bowen's disease - squamous cell carcinoma in situ of the skin.
