CD5 is a commonly used immunostain. It is a T cell marker.
Positive
- Benign T cells.
- Mantle cell lymphoma.
- Chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
Variable
- Cholangiocarcinoma - may be mildly useful for pancreas versus bile duct - data limited.[1]
