Angiofibroma

Angiofibroma is a non-malignant skin lesion. Nasopharyngeal angiofibroma is dealt with separately.

It should not be confused with angiokeratoma.

General

Clinical:

  • Firm, dome-shaped, flesh coloured.

Microscopic

Features:[1]

  • Dome-shaped.
  • Fibrotic dermis.
    • Enlarged fibroblasts.
  • Dilated small vessels.
