Craniopharyngioma
Microscopic
The sections show a cystic tumour with focal non-psammomatous calcifications, composed of a bland epithelial cell population (without significant nuclear atypia) in a loose fibrous stroma. Clusters of “wet“ keratin are present. There is no mitotic activity and no necrosis.
Diagnosis
SELLAR TISSUE:
-ADAMANTIOMATOUS CRANIOPHARYNGIOMA.
